Good Luck to all History students in their Leaving Certificate History Exam 2013!

Remember to

  • Pace yourself - Keep to your time plan.

  • Plan your essays (brainstorm of key points)

  • A lot of marks can be picked up on the Case Studies - Document questions - Retreat from Empire. Know these well.


  • Read the essay questions carefully, underline the key words and make sure each paragraph in your essay relates back to the key words in the question. Echo back these key words in a variety of different ways.
